I didnt stay but visited Terazza Brasserie for buffet hi tea on 4 March 2018. What impressed me was actually 1 staff. I left my handphone at your hotel lobby Dorsett Grand Subang but Syahrul from your Concierge found my handphone, kept it and when I called he informed me I had left it there. Thank goodness for Syahrul's honesty, swift action to keep it for me and for being a very responsible employee of your esteemed hotel. Thank you Syahrul again and Dorsett Grand Subang for such a good employee.

During my years of business travel from the mid 1990's, I have stayed at the Dorsett Grand Subang on at least 15 occasions (originally when it was the Sheraton) simply because of the relaxed atmosphere and friendly, efficient staff. Overall the food is good and service from all departments is first class, polite and very helpful. The shuttle bus service is very handy for trips to the local shopping centres, and the doormen, Murugan and Rosli, were very helpful and always ready to assist with information and a welcoming smile. My last trip was in October this year, hopefully it won't be my last to KL.

Rooms leave a lot to be desired, an upgrade to the older rooms is well overdue. However, in saying that, the rooms I have had were always clean and comfortable.

The Terrazo service was excellent! Special mention must be made of one Puan Farhana who was exceptionally helpful and nice to us even when she was very busy. Kudos to her!

The desserts were overly sweet and bad for health. That causes a lot of wastage as people are more health conscious nowadays.

I visited KL quite often and most of the time I would stay at Bukit Bintang area hotel. This is first time staying this hotel bcause my niece wedding at the ball rm.What I like most is the hospitality by the staff. I went for the buffet breakfast/ lunch in the restaurant. The food was good and so was their waiter/ waitress, very polite, sincere and honest.Very service oriented. Especially an Indian waiter name Victor (name tad very small to see).Very helpful and he always gave us a welcoming smile, Its make me wants to come again.
